• EX by the American Legacy Foundation: free online smoking cessation plan customized for each person, includes online exercises, information, and an online support community.
• Freedom from Smoking program by American Lung Association: free online smoking cessation program with group support.
• Smokefree.gov by the National Cancer Institute: free, evidence-based information online and professional assistance by telephone to help support the immediate and long-term needs of people trying to quit smoking.
